All delivery taxes are on customers account, and they depends on Courier companies' tariffs.

You have the opportunity to view the ordered product before paying it. If you cancel a purchase due to a production defect found, the transportation costs are entirely at our expense, but if you cancel for any other reason, all courier expences incurred are at your expense.
Delicery time is from 1 to 7 business days after confirmation of order to most of the country's locations, unless otherwise stated. Orders made after 15.00 h are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Monday.
According to CPA, within 14 days, you can return a purchased product if it is in full equipment, with no visible traces of use, with all documents received upon purchase, including those issued at a fee from the Courier Company. Upon returning or replacing the product,the costs are entirely at your expence, to an office of the Courier Company in Harmanli.
According to CPA within 14 days after the date of return of the already purchased product with absolutely all the documents received during the purchase, the Online shop will refund the value of the product to the client's bank account. In case the payment is made with a bank card, the refund is made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 14 days.
